We just got back from a four day trip to sunny St. George. We'd been planning it for a little while and wouldn't you now it--four out of the seven of us were sick (Ben and Emma were both sick the week before and Hazel stayed amazingly healthy). Fortunately, we still had fun and it was nice just to relax and get a break from our normal routine. I mean, when else do you have time to sit down and watch all eight hours of Anne of Green Gables?
We stopped at Cove Fort on the way down. I think this place is so neat and it was a nice break from driving in the car.
The weather was beautiful and we spent a lot of time in the pool.
It was the first time that the kids had ever seen palm trees!

Well, how fun for you guys to get away and go to somewhere warmer! It looks like you had a great time from the pictures. Was it a nice drive down and back with all the kids? Mine have a hard time in the car for too long. You're family is so cute. Hope you're feeling well at the moment!
