Adventure Day
We went on an "adventure day" last Tuesday to a place called Cluff Pond. I was a little skeptical as we were driving further and further into the desert that there could possibly be an actual body of water out there, but after driving for awhile on a dirt road we came to a pretty good sized pond. The kids had fun exploring and wading in the water a little.

Ok, so this post made me happy and sad at the same time. Happy because I am so glad that you are doing some fun things this summer with new friends and someone is as clever as you, Mistie, to organize it all. But, sad, of course, because you're not with us in Utah. It was great to see a picture of you and see you smiling so big. That is a lot of kids for an adventure day! Wow! I know 5 of them are yours though. :)
Today, we went to a local elementary school and ate free lunch and then did some fun science experiments afterward. We had a good time, but it sure is HOT today!
