Ben participated in the Wasatch Back for the third time this year and had a great time. It took a little more effort this time to get there since he had to fly to Utah to participate, but it's something that he enjoys doing and he has finally found a team that he really likes to run with. Way to go Ben!

Hey Ben, This is Tami Johnson...I am really impressed that you've run the Ragnar for 3 years now. That's just awesome! What an accomplishment for you. That's so cool to hear you have a good group you love to run with...makes all the difference. I am entering my first 5k this summer and plan to do many more! I am excited. I am also hoping to run the Ogden Half in 2011. Go Runners!
